In preparation for the opening, the following protocols will be put in place:
1. All fully vaccinated persons are free to enter the building without a mask.
2. Persons who are partially or not vaccinated will be required to wear a mask.
3. People who had Covid19 virus and have recovered from the infection are encouraged to wear a mask due to the rise of a new and more infectious variant.
4. Two flyers will be posted on each entrance door to the building stating the mask policy and indicating self-attestation of their vaccination status.
5. Members are strongly encouraged to desist from behaviors that could facilitate a spread, as such behaviors like handshaking and Sabbath hugs are discouraged for the time being.
6. Greeter: While we will have greeters in the reception area, they will avoid personal contact and be mindful of personal space as they welcome worshippers to the service.
7. Tithe and Offering: For the collection of Tithe and Offering, we will install a receptacle at the door managed by the deacons and invite worshipers to return their offering in it as they are leaving the worship service.
8. Potluck: There will be no potluck at this stage of reopening until it is safe to do so.
9. Ventilation: It is required that the building be well ventilated. Since we do not have an air-condition in the building, we will be opening the doors and possible the windows, along with the use of the fans that we have.
10. All church officers are encouraged to work together to assist each worshiper to ensure a safe and joyous reuniting of our members and a blessed experience.
